We machine clear your driveway on days where it snows one inch or greater. You can add Shovel Service for additional areas. Base price includes machine clearing driveway only – up to 25 visits.

Full Service

We clear the areas of your property that you specify every time ti snows. The price increases with every item you add over and above your driveway. Includes up to 40 visits.

Once you submit your Snow Service booking request, a member of our team will contact you to confirm details, provide your service contract for signature, and obtain payment information.

Service Policy

• Please allow one business day to confirm and process the details of your snow removal service subscription following submission.
• Automated Invoicing: Please be advised that this is an auto-renewing service that will renew each snow season (Snow season is considered to be October 1 – September 30). We require 30 days notice to cancel your contract in writing. We will communicate price changes to the customer via preferred communication method. Failure to cancel within 30 days will result in $39.00 Admin Fee.
• Monthly payments term billed starting 1st of the month November through April.
• *Includes 40 visits and/or up to 123 cm of snowfall in the snowfall season. If this is surpassed, additional charges will be priced per visit, and billed separately at the end of the month.
• If booking after season’s first snowfall service, a team member will be in touch to discuss prorated contract options for unused services. Please go ahead and book your snow removal service and we will be in touch to discuss modified billing.
• City of Brandon sidewalks are stated to be the responsibility of the property owner, should you choose to not include this service offering, Livingstone Landscaping Ltd. is not responsible for any liabilities resulting from this negligence.
• NSF payment is subject to a $55.00 Fee Finance charge.
• Online service pricing is only applicable to addresses within the city of Brandon, Manitoba. Pricing by quote is available for out of city options – please contact us directly!
• Only one service address can be processed per online order.
• Online pricing valid for 10 days.
